Our Statement of Faith

  • We believe in the eternal Trinity: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and that these three persons are in perfect unity and are one God.  (Deut. 6:4, John 10:30, 1 Cor. 2:10-13, 1 John 5:7)

  • We believe that Jesus is the only Son of God, (John 3:16, John 1:1), That He came to the earth as a man,  (John 1:14), was born of a virgin (Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:23), lived a perfect life without sin (Hebrews 4:15, 2 Cor. 5:21), worked in power on the earth through many miracles, (Acts 10:38, Luke 4:18-21), died on a cross (Philippians 2:8, Hebrews 12:2), and His death paid the price for our sins in order to give eternal life to anyone who will accept Him and believe in His as their savior. (Isaiah 53:4-5, John 3:16, Romans 5:8, John 1:11-12). We believe that after three days He rose again (Romans 4:25, 1 Cor. 15:4), and after 40 more days on the earth He ascended into Heaven to the right hand of God the Father where He will be until His return to the earth to take His people to Heaven to be eternally with God. (Acts 1:2-3, Acts 7:56, Romans 8:34, Ephesians 1:20, Hebrews 1:13).

  • We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, written by men who were inspired by the Holy Spirit, and that everything in it is trustworthy and inerrant, and that it is our standard for knowing truth, without exception.  (2 Tim. 3:16, John 5:39, Hebrews 4:12, 2 Peter 1:21)

  • We believe that the only way to salvation and eternal life is Jesus.  (John 14:6, Acts 4:12)

  • We believe in the resurrection of all humanity. Those who are saved will go to Heaven to be with God forever, and those who are not saved will go to Hell where there is eternal suffering and total separation from God.  (Acts 24:15, Matthew 25:31-46, Rev. 20:12-15)

  • We believe in the universal church, which consists of all true believers, and is the body of Christ.  (Romans 12:5, 1 Cor. 12:12, 27, John 10:27-28, Ephesians 1:22-23)

  • We believe in the present and active ministry of the Holy Spirit, who gives the power to Christians to be able to live in holiness and give testimony to God’s power to the world. We believe that without Him, Christians cannot truly minister. (Acts 1:8, Acts 2:17-21, 2 Tim. 1:14, Titus 3:5, 2 Peter 1:21)

  • We believe that sin separates us from God, and that the ultimate end of sin is spiritual death. This is why all people need salvation, which is the work of God and not men, and is by grace through faith in Jesus. (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23, 1 John 1:8-9).

  • We believe that God is the creator of the universe and everything in it, and that He finished the work of salvation in 6 consecutive days, 24 hours each, and the seventh day He rested. (Gen. 1-2:3, Ex. 20:11, Ps. 19:1, Ex. 31:17, Romans 1:20, Isaiah 42:5).

  • We believe that a true Christian is one who lives his/her life in accordance with the God’s commands and that guards his/her testimony and integrity, and that only this true Christian can be sure of his/her salvation. (Romans 12:1, Philippians 2:12, 1 Peter 1:13-16, Rev. 3:15-16, 2 Tim. 2:15, 1 John 2:3-5, James 1:22-25, James 2:26).
